Build with us.

We hire and train in-house framing crews for post-frame work across Oregon and Washington — jobsite workers with a real path to foreman. The crew is the company, and the crew has been the company since 1977.

What working here looks like

In-house

Permanent crew, not contracted-out labor

Foremen and framers are employees, year-round. The same crew works the same projects from start to finish. We do not staff up and lay off in cycles.

Variety

Different building every few weeks

In a typical year you will frame shops, ag buildings, equestrian arenas, commercial structures, and the occasional barndominium. Skills compound across building types.

Career path

Framer to foreman

The current foremen all came up through the framing crew. That is the path here — there is no shortcut, but the path is real and it has produced senior people.

Service area

Oregon and southwest Washington

Crews work across every county in Oregon and southwest Washington — the Willamette Valley, Columbia Gorge, and the Washington side. Travel for remote sites is part of the job; lodging is covered when the site is too far for daily commuting.

Open positions

Post-frame building crew member

Full-time Field — Oregon and Washington

Work on the jobsite framing post-frame buildings — residential, agricultural, equestrian, and commercial — from layout through final trim. This is a hands-on field role with a real path to foreman for those who earn it.

  • · Physically able to work outdoors year-round in Pacific Northwest weather
  • · Reliable transportation to job sites
  • · Comfortable working at heights with appropriate fall protection
  • · Wants to grow — the foreman path here runs straight through the framing crew
