The people who build it.

MPB has been family-owned since 1977, and the people who answer the phone are the same ones who go over your project, write your bid, and run your build. Big enough to ship multi-building projects; small enough that you know who you are working with.

Mark Miner

Owner

Mark owns and runs Miner Pole Buildings, family-owned since 1977. He still walks sites, talks through projects, and stands behind every building that goes up with the MPB name on it.

Shawn Knapp

Project Manager

Shawn runs projects from signed contract to finished building — scheduling crews, ordering materials, and keeping your build on track. When you want to know where things stand, Shawn has the answer.

Taylor Allen

Foreman

Taylor leads the build in the field. He is on your site with the in-house crew, setting posts and raising steel exactly to plan — the reason the finished building matches the drawing.

Elijah Jensen

Sales & Estimating

Elijah is usually who you talk to first. He walks your land, works through what you want to build, and turns it into a written bid — a clear base price plus itemized additions, no mystery line items.

Elizabeth "Liz" Macklin

Front Office

Liz keeps the office running and is often the first voice you hear when you call. Scheduling, paperwork, and getting you to the right person without the runaround.

Plus an in-house crew

Behind the people above is a full-time framing crew on MPB's own payroll — not subcontracted day labor. The same hands build your posts, trusses, and steel that built the last 49 years of Oregon and Washington pole buildings. Concrete, electrical, and specialty trades run through licensed subcontractors when a project calls for them, coordinated by us so you are not chasing anyone down.
